This top is exactly what I needed!
I have no muscle around my shoulders due to a disability and a recent fall onto my shoulder made me realise some extra protection was needed.
So finding this made my day! It fits perfectly and the shoulder guards don’t move while I’m riding.

As an older rider I purchased these tights to give myself another layer of confidence and peace of mind. I rode in them for the first time today, when I went out to see my young OTTB who has been spelling for 6 months. He was super fresh, but the combination of the Alina Tights, and my "Jesus" strap, I felt confident to kick him on rather than stop and get off when all four feet left the floor :) I was able to ride him through the sticky bits and got through to the lovely relaxed horse I remember. These tights with the padding gave me that extra little bit of security we sometimes need as a mature age rider who has had too many falls!

I am very impressed with the quality of these breeches. Getting inspired looking back over my old eventing pics, and feeling like this extra level of protection will help me out not only confidence wise, but also if something does go wrong, to protect myself from further injuries.

I wish these advanced protections were around when I was falling off in my youth!

Perfect fit ! Love the soft fabric that is just the right thickness and stretch. The shuttle detailing and branding gives a very elevated look . The high waist belt is very comfortable and flattering . The pockets that are there for the safety insets are not visible whether the inserts are in or not, making them very versatile . I never buy riding pants without deep phone pockets even for competing, which these tights have so it ticks all the boxes for me when it comes to design , comfort and function !

The design is beautiful!! The fit is perfect and fabric so soft ! Just the right amount of stretch , firmness and thickness . I love the shoulder panel / detailing , it’s flattering and different to other equestrian tops on the market. The added ‘ hidden protection option is a massive bonus !

Amazing protective wear! Although you may think they are bulky, they are the complete opposite. These hip protectors are seamless and you forget they are there when riding! Absolute game changer, these protective wear give me a peace of mind when breaking in horses and retraining OTTs!
